The Inn is located on the edge of the village of Hathersage looking down the Hope Valley. It was originally an old coaching inn, and has welcomed visitors for centuries. It still makes an ideal base for exploring the many different attractions the Peak District has to offer.
They have eight rooms available - from double rooms, twin rooms, single-bedded rooms and family rooms all providing and atmosphere that has changed little for over a century. The bar is popular with locals and visitors alike and each bedroom offers They aim to offer highest standard of décor and comfort, with hand-made furnishings plus the added convenience of:

Their bar has six hand-pulled real ales, and a great menu of bar meals is available every day. They are Cask Marque accredited for the quality of our real ale. and their bar, with its open fire and friendly staff, caters for your every need.
Meals are served all day every day from traditional homemade pies to fabulous fish and chips, and they offer a daily chefs special board using fresh local produce.
On Sundays a popular roast Carvery is served from 12pm until 3pm.
